License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses must be through the American Heart Association. Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year of home health experience. - Experience with OASIS. - Required certifications. Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of recent home health experience. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, providing nursing care, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Registered Nurses will be expected to manage a patient load averaging six visits per day. Candidates are required to chart using a specific electronic health records system. Interdisciplinary support will be available from physical therapy and social services. RNs will handle various patient diagnoses and special procedures while maintaining high standards of care. The position includes every third weekend coverage. Local candidates are allowed to apply at the same rate. Supervisory experience is required.
