Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00, with a weekly guaranteed hours of 36, and every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be working on the Ortho/Onc/MS 6th floor of the medical center, providing care to a diverse patient population in a telemetry unit. This position requires proficiency in managing patients with various medical conditions, ensuring accurate documentation, and utilizing the Meditech electronic health record system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Administer medications and perform interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry nursing role is required.

Certifications/Licensure

All candidates must possess a current BLS certification prior to starting. Additional certifications may be required as per the LPNT checklist.
