Role Description
Cottingham & Butler Claims Services is offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding position with NO commute! We are currently seeking experienced general liability adjusters with a background in construction defect claims.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling general liability claims; ideally construction defect.
- Familiarity with state-specific claims handling regulations and licensing requirements.
- Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex liability claims.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
