Home & Family Care Services is a locally owned company serving seniors and families throughout Weber and Davis Counties. We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in keeping clients' homes safe, clean, and comfortable.

This position combines non-medical caregiving, companionship, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. We are looking for someone who is comfortable providing hands-on support while also helping with everyday household tasks.

Starting pay

$14-$15 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors and families
• Assist clients with daily activities and errands
• Provide transportation to appointments and other activities
• Prepare meals and assist with basic household organization
• Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and their families
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients
• Follow client care instructions and company guidelines

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
• Previous caregiving or professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required
