Roll Forming Machine Operator

BSW Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Roll Forming Machine Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits and long-term stability. Pay rate: $19-$24.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated roll forming lines (uncoiler, straightener, punching & cutting presses).
Set up machines and adjust settings based on production orders (ERP/SAP).
Load and change coils with assistance from crane/bridge operators.
Perform regular quality checks on product dimensions and accuracy.
Conduct basic maintenance and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
Identify and quarantine defective materials; report issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with company standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing or metal forming preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers).
Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience a plus.
Forklift certification (Clark 5T) preferred.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
