Behavioral Health Lead Clinician

United Health Services in New York's Southern Tier seeks a Behavioral Health Clinical Lead to supervise Social Workers, CASAC counselors, and other staff, provide required supervision, lead case conferences and team meetings, and ensure high standards in assessment, documentation, and treatment planning in a hybrid leadership role.

You will oversee onboarding, training, licensure and CEU compliance, caseload management, and workflow coordination while collaborating across programs to maintain
