Location: Collierville, TN (Memphis area)
Salary: $80,000-$120,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete operations across large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of concrete work to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise and proven leadership in concrete operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site concrete activities from start to finish
• Supervise crews and subcontractors while coordinating schedules and logistics
• Plan pours, sequencing, and material delivery to maintain project timelines
• Ensure quality control across all work
• Review drawings and coordinate with project teams to resolve field issues
• Track progress, manpower, and performance against schedule and budget
• Maintain communication with internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete construction, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience on commercial and/or industrial projects
• Working knowledge of concrete methods (foundations, slabs, structural, tilt-up)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
