• Patient Ratios: Days 1:5–1:6; nights 1:6–1:8 (estimates, not guaranteed)
• Required Certifications: AHA BLS, 4 trauma credits (or complete within first 2 weeks), NIHSS before start
• Preferred: AHA ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient telemetry
• Required Skills: Drug titration competency
• Patient Population: Cardiac, medical-surgical, post-trauma and post-surgical patients
• Floating: Rotational basis
• Call: None
• Scrubs: Black

Important Requirements:

• Auto-offer position.
• Guaranteed hours and all contingency requests must be listed on the submission form.
• Blocked scheduling may be approved based on facility needs and must be requested on submission.
• Night-shift orientation is on days; must be available for the entire orientation week.
• RTO must be made up at the end of the assignment and is not permitted during the first week.
• Only one holiday RTO request per assignment.
• Flu vaccination or Mercy-approved exemption required November 1–April 1; declinations are not accepted.
