Extra Stop/Pickup

Breakdown: $18 per hour with a max of $150 per day

$4,000 RETENTION BONUS!! ($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $1,000 at one year)

Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral: $50 every week of your referred driver's first year

$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work & Route

Main Driving Region: Hauling refrigerated freight from Pilgrims, plant to plant, plant to warehouse transfers

5 day work week with a 6th day every other week or when the plants running

2 loads per day: 400-500 miles per day/ 2200+ per week

Home Time: Home daily!

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements

At least 21 years old

CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience

Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience

Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
