I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of 10 across two agencies. I entered the insurance industry after undergrad and have spent my career building a business centered around relationships, growth, and creating opportunities for others. I attended Bridgewater College, where I played football. I’m a proud husband, brother, and father of two daughters, and my wife is also part of the team. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, traveling, spending time on or near the water, and following football. We’re a big sports family (split between Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos fans), so things can get competitive at home sometimes. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Colin Owens - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
