We are looking to hire a Home Health Registered Nurse. Responsibilities As a Home Health RN at MercyOne, you will provide direct nursing care and case management for home‑care patients utilizing the nursing process. You will delegate to and supervise home‑care aides as required by Iowa and Illinois nursing regulations. Schedule Full time 32 hours a week Day shift General Requirements Supervisory Responsibility: The job requires some accountability for scheduling, assigning, or coordinating. Materials Responsibility: Limited – work requires limited responsibility for material resources such as supplies, equipment, inventories, small budgets, and other similar assets. The employee has a limited amount of control over these resources. Key Relationships: Co‑workers/health system employees, outside agencies/other health care providers, the general public/visitors/volunteers, physicians/medical office staff, students/interns/residents/outside instructors, patients, families, significant others, vendors/clients, and third‑party payors/insurance companies. Education Associate’s Degree in Nursing Basic Life Support (certified) Baccalaureate in Nursing (preferred) Registered Nurse in Iowa & Illinois Valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting Genesis minimum limits (required) Experience More than 2 years of experience required. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
