About the Role:

The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. This position involves assisting servers by preparing tables, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The Server Assistant acts as a vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, facilitating efficient service flow and timely delivery of orders. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables promptly and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Support the team by performing side work such as refilling water glasses, replenishing condiments, and assisting with bussing tables.
