Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Rotating Schedule | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to assigned patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
• NBCOT certification required
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)
• Ability to begin assignment as soon as possible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy role
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into a new clinical environment
