Role The Financial Specialist is the bridge between prospects and their future financial freedom. This is an Inside Sales position with warm leads provided, NO cold calling, allowing you to focus on building relationships, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our financial advisors. Responsibilities Call prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors Qualify leads by gathering financial data and assessing prospect needs Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and maximize conversion Track progress, including calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept Represent Guerra professionally during seminars, workshops, and outreach Keep CRM records up to date with prospect interactions and notes Work proactively to meet business goals and team performance targets Assist with administrative tasks and team projects as needed Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills Requirements 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written) Financial industry experience is a plus, not required Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude What We Are Expecting High-quality appointments scheduled for financial advisors Accurate and timely CRM updates and prospect tracking Measurable contribution to business growth through sales performance Strong collaboration with advisory and administrative teams Professional, client-focused communication at all times Schedule Full-time, role based in Miami, FL. Must be able to work in-office Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support Compensation $60,000–$90,000 Annually All-In (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses) Competitive pay structure with uncapped earning potential based on performance and appointments scheduled.
