Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Ohio SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with PreK and/or elementary caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Passion for supporting children’s educational and developmental goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, to PreK and elementary students
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on progress and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other staff to support students’ IEP goals
• Facilitate family communication and offer strategies for supporting speech-language progress at home
• Participate in IEP meetings and related school-based team activities
