ResponsibilitiesLead the expansion efforts for our Bowie office by identifying and capturing new market opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through community networking and local outreach.
Meet with prospective clients to discuss their financial protection needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with the home office to refine sales strategies and adapt to shifting market trends.
Mentor junior team members on effective communication techniques and sales best practices.
Act as a local ambassador for The Atlantic District, representing our core values in every conversation.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Demonstrated ability to build a client base from the ground up.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the Bowie community.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms to track client interactions and policy growth.
Self-motivated work ethic with a focus on long-term goal setting.
