Breast Imaging Radiologist (Sign-on Bonus offered)

Overview Garnet Health Medical Center in collaboration with Radiology Partners is coordinating a search for a Breast Imaging Radiologist. Position Summary Radiology Partners is seeking a BC/BE Breast Radiologist for Garnet Health. The ideal candidate will be able to perform breast MRI and procedures including stereotactic and US‑guided breast biopsy as well as breast wire localization. Our practice has an established infrastructure for efficient, collaborative workflow. Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $400,000 to $600,000 annually (excluding bonuses and incentives), a commencement bonus, 9 weeks paid time off, an abundance of vacation, a relocation package, and a full complement of benefits including 401(K), health, life, disability, and malpractice insurance coverage. This is a partnership‑track position. Additional compensation may be earned through moonlighting opportunities. Local Practice and Community Empire State Radiology (ESR), an affiliate of Radiology Partners, serves Garnet Health and Metro Hudson. ESR has over 30 physicians who are board certified in various subspecialties, including interventional radiology, neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, pediatrics, and women's diagnostic imaging. ESR focuses on quality and professional development and partners with radiologists to pursue excellence. Position Duties and Responsibilities Perform breast MRI. Perform stereotactic and US‑guided breast biopsy. Perform breast wire localization. Teach and supervise residents, including a 1‑week rotation. Work with experienced technologists and state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Collaborate with supportive and collegial referring clinicians. Desired Professional Skills and Experience Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME‑accredited U.S. program. Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (ABOR). Licensed or able to obtain a license in the state of New York.
