Responsibilities

• Lead integrated strategy team to develop and execute asset and indication strategies for US launch readiness
• Translate market, clinical, and commercial complexity into clear strategic priorities and action plans
• Lead US marketing excellence including positioning, value proposition, and label planning aligned with market needs
• Represent US market perspective in global forums and inform global strategy, positioning, and pre-launch initiatives
• Provide US commercial insights on business development opportunities including competitive assessment and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience
• Oncology experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading in-line product launches
• Strong understanding of US market dynamics, competitive strategy, and launch readiness planning
• Ability to lead cross-functional strategy in matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders
• Proficiency integrating analytics, forecasting, and market research into strategic recommendations
