Our organization is on the lookout for skilled and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses to become part of our Per Diem team across the Hampton Roads area.

• Valid LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience in a facility setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD test completed within the last year
• Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations. No weight restrictions apply.

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Gather and record patient information accurately
• Provide wound care and educate patients
• Monitor and communicate any changes in patient conditions
• Assist patients with daily living activities as necessary
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Perform additional LPN tasks as required by the facility
