Role description

Role ObjectiveOwn day to day program execution for CTA initiatives, ensuring predictable, compliant delivery across AI, data, platform, and clinical workstreams.Key Responsibilities 1. Drive integrated CTA program planning across discovery, design, build, validation, UAT, and go live phases.2. Manage end to end program schedules, milestones, and release plans.3. Own RAID management with focus on IRB, ancillary committees, data readiness, and regulatory dependencies.4. Coordinate execution across AI, data, platform, integration, and validation teams.5. Act as primary execution interface with clinical, research operations, compliance, and IT stakeholders.6. Run steering committees, governance forums, and execution reviews.7. Ensure adherence to regulated SDLC practices and documentation standards.8. Plan and manage UAT cycles, business sign offs, and release sequencing.9. Lead go live readiness, cutover planning, and post production stabilization.10. Track delivery metrics, risks, and outcomes; provide executive level reporting.11. Drive resolution of cross team issues and execution bottlenecks.12. Continuously refine program execution practices and templates.
