Area Manager-Urgent Care

Job Type: full-time, location: Fredrickson, responsible for managing the float pool and overseeing the clinic in Fredrickson. Position Summary Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members. The Area Manager travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotation). In this role, the Area Manager maintains broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. The Area Manager also maintains the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites. Requirements Minimum: Bachelor's degree or four years of experience (considered); Master's degree preferred. Three (3) years of experience in a professional or technical role, with urgent‑care or healthcare field experience preferred. Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity. Pay and Benefit Expectations The pay scale is $94,889.60 – $136,572.80 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
