Tax Manager Or Senior Manager
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our client's growing tax team. In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of tax compliance and consulting for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position offers partner-track potential, a collaborative team culture, and a strong opportunity to grow your leadership and client advisory skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the lead contact on key accounts
- Oversee tax engagements from planning to final deliverables
- Provide strategic tax and financial planning guidance
- Research and resolve complex tax and accounting issues
- Review tax returns and work papers for accuracy and completeness
- Mentor, develop, and train staff to enhance technical and industry knowledge
- Support the firm's growth by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license required
- 2+ years of experience as a Tax Manager in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and internal controls
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deadlines
