Assembly Technician

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and product assembly, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Newark, DE
Pay Range: $21-$24.15/hourly
Schedule: Day shift, Night shift, & Weekend Shifts Available
Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), possible OT on Fridays
Monday - Thursday (7:00PM - 5:30AM or 6:00PM - 4:30AM)
Friday-Sunday (6am-6pm)
What's the Job?
Assemble and test products according to specifications and blueprints
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards
Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
