- Strong foundations with very good/deep hands on in Core Java , Spring , Springboot, Kafka
- Exposure to GraphQL and Kotlin
- Demonstrate the coding skills - able to write code fast and able to change code as per the need.
- Demonstrate the debugging skills in the quickest time.
- Good hands on in REST API's and performance testing of API's
- Good hands on in Automated unit testing [Junit/Mockito]
- Good understanding of key design patterns and able to demonstrate.
- Good understanding of Microservices
- Good understanding of GitHub , CI/CD pipeline
- Exposure to cloud, AWS is preferred.
- Exposure to any messaging framework
- Hands on in Java 1.8 features [if candidate is very good , if not worked on Java1.8 features can give exception]
- Not mandatory - exposure to ReactJs or any UI framework
