About the Role

A year from now, you'll know our customers by name, and they'll know you. You'll have mastered our product line and order systems, become a trusted point of contact for our client base, and played a real role in keeping our sales engine humming. This is a support role, not a sales role, but your impact on customer satisfaction and retention is just as real and just as meaningful.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

• Process orders accurately and follow through to ensure timely, accurate delivery

• Build rapport with customers and maintain detailed, up-to-date account information in our systems

• Coordinate with the sales team on orders, promotions, special requests, and customer needs

• Resolve issues and complaints promptly, escalating to the right team members when needed

• Support the team on event planning, marketing initiatives, and special projects

• Maintain organized records and thorough documentation of customer interactions

What We're Looking For

Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing accuracy

• Genuine customer-service mindset and a team-first attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or office administration

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Experience with live chat platforms

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
