PROGRAM ANALYST

Job Duties

You will perform advanced research and gather detailed information to support projects, prepare required documentation, coordinate activities across teams, and provide guidance that improves planning, execution, and overall program success.

You will develop, coordinate, and monitor reporting systems that track program performance, analyze progress, prepare meaningful recommendations, and help leaders make informed decisions that improve organizational results.

You will analyze complex functional and technical issues, establish practical assessment methods, maintain accurate performance measures, and present clear findings that support planning, scheduling, and effective resource management.

You will prepare recommendations and present them to senior leaders, explain complex information in a clear manner, coordinate schedules and briefings, and resolve issues before they create unnecessary delays or risks.

You will evaluate individual programs, functions, and organizations to determine whether management systems achieve intended objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective corrective actions.

You will estimate costs, develop planning information, support budget preparation and tracking, monitor spending activities, and provide well supported analysis that strengthens decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
