Realize Your Vision as a Rehabilitation Nursing Technician Specialist Coordinates and schedules rehab techs. Supports daily nursing department processes and operations. Communicates patient concern and/or change in condition to rehabilitation nurses. Prepares and transports patients according to the patient schedule. Enhances patient safety by providing assistance, care, and comfort. Suggests processes for improvement and stays aware of data on patient satisfaction and safety. Knows how specific department performance impacts the overall hospital financials. Assists with rehabilitation technology applications and modalities as delegated by nurse.

Qualifications CPR certification preferred unless otherwise required by hospital policy. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience or a specialist certification such as ATC, massage therapist, AS, BS, or MS degree. Has completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech III or equivalent training in school or on-the-job training.
