Abel Heating and Cooling is a growing residential and light commercial HVAC company looking for a skilled Lead Installers who takes pride in doing quality work. You'll install and commission complete HVAC systems while representing Abel professionally on every job site. What you'll do

Day to day, you'll be installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, and related equipment. You'll work from job documentation, make sure every install meets manufacturer specs and local code, and photograph and document your work accurately. A big part of this role is also how you show up with customers and the office team. Clear, professional communication matters to us, and every job is a chance to represent Abel well.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with at least 4 years of hands on HVAC installation experience and a solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerant handling, and basic electrical/ low voltage knowledge. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. EPA 608 certification is preferred. Beyond the technical skills, we want someone who can work independently in the field or with a helper and manage their time well, and take real ownership of their work.

What we offer

Pay runs from $30 to $50 per hour depending on experience, with occasional commission opportunities on top of that. You'll have a company truck and fuel card so you're never out of pocket getting to work.
