For more information, visit As a full time Injury Prevention Specialist, you’ll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Georgetown, KY. The scheduled hours are Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11 PM or choose 4, 10 hour shifts and work 2:30 PM – 1AM.No weekends!! 10 paid holidays + 18 days of PTO during your first yearComprehensive benefits packageNew Grads Welcome!!What You’ll DoPerform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategiesLead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programsProvide client follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations based on movement and ergonomic principlesCollaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and wellness initiativesComplete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate mannerMaintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordParticipate in meetings and task forces as deemed necessaryOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll BringExperience in Health/Fitness Industry; Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferredExperience in Group Exercise Programing preferredExperience in Ergonomics preferredBachelor's Degree or higher in Health Sciences (Exercise science, kinesiology, and other movement related fields) or equivalent experience requiredCurrent CPR certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC, or Basic Life Support for community/lay responder requiredCurrent hands-on training in AHA or ARC First Aid is requiredWork-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
