Compensation : Performance-based (Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Meet with businesses, families and individuals to educate them on customized supplemental benefit programs and insurance policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, answering client queries, processing policy renewals, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Network within the community to expand reach and protect more households.
• Maintain the flexibility to manage your own day-to-day schedule and book of business.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
• A self-motivated mindset comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to obtain a state insurance license (our client provides full guidance and support through this process).
• No prior insurance or finance experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

Compensation: Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Target First-Year Earnings: The projected pay range for this role ($52,100 - $90,500) represents a target earnings estimate for dedicated representatives successfully executing our daily system, not a guaranteed base salary.
