Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Provide skilled inpatient physical therapy services in a hospital setting in Lodi, CA. The therapist will plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function while supporting department objectives and serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
• Active Physical Therapy license in California required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from an approved vendor per facility policy.
• Recent EPIC and Cerner experience required. This role supports an EPIC conversion.
• Experience in inpatient hospital physical therapy preferred. Two years’ PT experience preferred.
• No return-to-office (RTO) requirement as specified by the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years’ physical therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Day shift, 40 hours per week (5x8 schedule).
• Must support an EPIC conversion and have recent EPIC and Cerner experience.
• Start date is firm. No requests for time off (No RTO) during the assignment.
