Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose, CA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time PM Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PM Line Cook to join our culinary team at a prestigious private country club. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, committed to excellence, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment. Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to club standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory, prep, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Adapt to member preferences and special requests with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen; country club or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.
