We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Sales Assistant to support a top-producing Realtor within a fast-paced, high-volume real estate office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting real estate transactions, coordinating with clients and industry professionals, managing marketing activities, and maintaining important records and deadlines. • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling activities
• Answer phones and serve as a professional point of contact for clients and business partners
• Maintain files, databases, records, and transaction information
• Update and maintain company websites and online property information
• Create and manage social media content across various platforms
• Communicate with clients, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors, and other real estate professionals
• Track listing activity, buyer information, transaction deadlines, and key milestones
• Coordinate mailings, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
• Design and create property flyers, brochures, postcards, social media graphics, and other marketing materials using Canva and related tools
• Take property photos and videos and assist with basic digital content creation
• Perform basic photo editing, resizing, and file management
• Run occasional local errands, including placing or removing real estate signs
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Flexible schedule averaging 32 to 35 hours per week. Immediate opening. Some flexibility may be required to support client and transaction activities.

Traditional benefits, like health insurance are not available currently but a flexible schedule, PTO, paid holidays, and career growth into real estate are available.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for local errands and property-related tasks
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a real estate office, Realtor, or sales professional
• Experience updating websites and managing digital content
• Familiarity with Microsoft Publisher
• Canva experience creating marketing and social media materials
• Basic photo editing and image management skills
• Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
