Ace Avant Specialty Division is seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Grinder/Polisher to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional concrete services, and we need a reliable professional who can contribute to our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate concrete grinding and polishing machinery to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, etching, and repairing as necessary.
- Select appropriate grinding pads and techniques based on concrete type.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members, effectively communicating on project progress.
- Perform quality control checks to meet project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete grinding and polishing.
- Strong technical skills with concrete finishing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor and lift heavy materials.
