Behavioral Technician - ABA

Role: Behavioral Technician responsible for working one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental or behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills. Document progress and milestones. Implement behavior change plans devised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Qualifications Passion for working with individuals with special needs. Strong communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old. Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of experience working with children in relevant roles such as paraprofessional, camp counselor, or behavioral interventionist. Skills & Attributes Ability to follow behavior plans and document progress accurately. Empathy and patience when working with children with special needs.
