We're hiring a Diesel Fleet Technician at our rental facility in Cibolo, TX , and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
Primary Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on malfunction or breakdown on trucks and trailers.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, maintain, and test trucks and trailers at maintenance intervals.
• Maintain trucks and trailers to new state or DOT standards.
• Maintain and repair brakes, braking systems, and all related chassis components.
• Complete annual inspections.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required
• At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience required
• Welding experience required
• Air Brake Certification required
• DOT Inspector Certification preferred
• Must have proper tools
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
