Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

Our growing third-party logistics (3PL) company is looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis . We are seeking dependable individuals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and take on whatever the day calls for. The right candidate will be someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with their supervisor, and is flexible enough to jump in wherever they are needed most.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours May Vary: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Overtime and weekends may be offered or required based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Inventory Control

• Verify inventory counts and ensure numbers match what is requested in the system before any orders are sent out
• Review and manage all outgoing orders in coordination with your supervisor to confirm accuracy
• Identify and report any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
• Assist with inventory tracking, labeling, and organization throughout the warehouse
• Work closely with your supervisor on order priorities, workflow adjustments, and daily task assignments
• Remain open and flexible to taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as business needs change

General Warehouse Operations

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Ship and receive products
• Load and unload shipments
• Label products and handle inventory
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Assist in various warehouse functions as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Items over 50 lbs are considered a team lift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong attendance record
• Flexible and willing to assist in all areas of the warehouse
• Must have steel-toe shoes — required on day one
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Ability to work closely with a supervisor and take direction well
• Pre-employment background check required — must pass prior to start date
• Pre-employment drug screening required — must pass prior to start date
• THC friendly

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or 3PL experience
• Experience with inventory management or order verification systems
• Forklift experience (preferred but not required — see below)
