PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Box Office Representative provides ticketing assistance to guests attending a variety of events at Shell Energy Stadium, including but not limited to Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash events. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in working in a fast-paced live event environment. Duties And Responsibilities Game Day Operations Deliver proactive guest assistance at designated venue entrances by answering questions, troubleshooting ticketing issues, and helping guests navigate the venue. Must have the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot mobile ticketing issues on Tixr including but not limited to ticket transfers, ticket purchases, and account access. Assist with crowd flow, guest inquiries, and ticketing support during high volume entry periods. Must be customer friendly, self-motivated, and enjoy working around people in a fast-paced environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements Prior experience in sport events or large-scale operations is preferred. Familiarity with Tixr or similar ticketing systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Have reliable form of transportation and communication. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills A proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative Must be able to work independently to accomplish daily and event duties Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Interest in working in sports, events, or hospitality Maintains Organizational Core Competencies.
