Bilingual (English-Spanish) International Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
Job Description
- Coordinate international ocean and air freight shipments , including import and export
- Communicate with customers, carriers, truckers, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas agents
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export documentation
- Arrange bookings with steamship lines, airlines, freight carriers, and trucking companies
- Track shipments and provide customers with timely status updates
- Coordinate container pickup, delivery, warehouse receiving, and cargo release
- Review shipping documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Request and compare freight rates and assist with preparing customer quotations
- Maintain shipment files and accurate records
- Handle daily emails, phone calls, data entry, and general logistics-related office duties
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish
