Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0645–1845) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice in a caring and compassionate manner
• Develop, implement, and continually reassess individualized patient plans of care, including physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and/or treatments while accurately documenting care, assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Conduct holistic ongoing patient assessments, evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness, and provide timely patient and family education
• Communicate and collaborate with all members of the healthcare team while delegating appropriately to non-licensed assistive personnel
• May be required to float as a sitter or in unit rotation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license or Compact RN license required
• Active BLS, NRP, and FHM certifications required
• Must practice consistently within the guidelines of the Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit-specific standards of practice
• Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of workflows, processes, and evidence-based procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Familiarity with fetal heart monitoring and neonatal resuscitation protocols
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams in an acute care setting
