Bartenders

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and cocktails, and be able to craft exceptional beverages for our discerning clientele. This role requires a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

$4.74 - $4.74 an hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.

• Possess an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beer and cocktails, including classic and contemporary creations.

• Provide expert recommendations based on guests' preferences and food pairings.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware is spotless.

• Manage inventory and place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other bar supplies.

• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, including age verification and responsible serving.

• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs.

• Contribute to the overall ambiance of the restaurant by maintaining a professional and polished appearance.

• Collaborate with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant or upscale bar.

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beer and cocktail preparation techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

• Must be of legal drinking age and able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal bartending education or certification.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems.

• Knowledge of wine pairings and food and beverage service.
