3M Little Rock is seeking general helpers. This position is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Handling hazardous waste following appropriate plant procedures
• Operating heavy machinery and PIV's including, but not limited to forklifts and guzzler trucks
• Assist with production line
• Clean production area
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and/or dollies

Required:

• Possess a high school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• One (1) year of general labor, manufacturing, and/or construction experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.

Pay & benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $21.22/hr.
