Lids - 1101 Malbourne Rd - Responsibilities: Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present; Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow-up; Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings when Store Manager is absent; Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and adherence to brand standards; Schedule and staff the store and recruit/train personnel on store operations and procedures; Lead customer experience by executing selling strategy to reach KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service; Educate customers about membership programs and live-store offers; Ensure merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness are maintained; Maintain professional appearance per dress code policy; Execute operations directives from headquarters and follow Policies & Procedures Manual for safety and procedures; Maintain store technology and equipment (MPOS, Lids Custom) and coordinate maintenance as needed; Maintain inventory and backroom organization, including receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts; Open and close the store following Operations procedures
