Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care

Position Wound Care Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital – Germantown (64‑bed acute rehabilitation hospital). Compensation Full‑time employment. $5,000 Sign on Bonus. Essential Functions Perform patient assessments to identify wound care needs and appropriate interventions. Evaluate patient progress and wound healing outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed. Initiate and implement nursing interventions tailored to the patient's condition. Provide direct wound care based on patient condition and age‑specific needs. Educate patients and families on wound care procedures, prevention strategies, and discharge instructions. Provide clinical staff education related to wound care treatment plans, procedures, and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Graduate of an accredited Wound Ostomy Care Nurse program. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
