Autonomous NP/PA for Senior Living Primary Care

Curana Health

Curana Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers to promote wellness and quality of life for seniors. Travel to assigned facilities is required; you will work with a collaborative team supported by advanced data-driven tools and a strong #J-18808-Ljbffr
