What You Will Be Doing: Oversee Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the program in the UAE, coordinating all sustainment activities. Lead comprehensive logistics and sustainment planning and support requirements. Act as point of contact for contractor logistics efforts with the customer. Ensure integration of all support system elements into the overall aircraft design and specifications. Coordinate support from all program and sustainment areas to achieve desired results. Identify issues, propose corrective actions, and present recommendations to internal and external leadership. Assist Technical Publications, Supply/Kit Management, and Production Operations/Planning with kit installations and tech data validation/verification. Track recall activities from issue identification through resolution and corrective action. Participate in sustainment estimates, proposals, subcontracts, and SSOWs. Coordinate import/export processes and manage shipping activities, ensuring compliance with regulations. Serve as primary point of contact for daily, in-person customer engagement, addressing fleet sustainment and supportability issues. Maintain consistent communication between customer and internal Program/Engineering teams, ensuring effective reach‑back support. Provide regular status updates on open contract deliverables and milestones. Collaborate with customer to identify long‑term fleet sustainment objectives and develop aligned support strategies. Work with program staff and end users to complete required contract documentation. Facilitate communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management among stakeholders to drive program success. Build strong relationships with key customer personnel, fostering trust and collaboration. Work closely with program management teams to ensure logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations. Basic Qualifications: Sustainment knowledge (spare parts, system engineering, customer support & training, and other sustainment areas). Program/Project management experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience with F‑16, F‑35, or F‑22 platforms. Desired Skills: Knowledge and experience with international programs. Working knowledge of Engineering Change Proposals, Risk Management, Technical Order (TCTO) process, Integrated Master Schedule, and Integrated Master Plan. Understanding of military base supply systems. Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Estimating and Proposal Development. Experience with performance‑based metrics related to sustainment core competencies. Knowledge of USAF Sustainment, DOD System Acquisition, and Industry Partnerships. Working knowledge of Turn‑Around Asset modification programs. Demonstrated ability to consistently brief external and internal stakeholders at executive level. Experience coordinating and tracking issues through resolution and corrective action. ILIAS knowledge. CAM and EV knowledge. Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a U.S. government security clearance; the candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level: Secret.
