$30.00 - $43.50 per hour
- Perform electrical work safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, including working in tight spaces and elevated platforms.
- Accurately document work order hours, equipment history, and inventory usage.
- Interpret equipment manuals and drawings to support maintenance and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- A current Minnesota Journeyman's Electrical License.
- Prior experience performing electrical work in a facility or industrial setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Experience using aerial lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Flexibility to shift between tasks and departments as needed.
- Ability to train others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
