Client Onboarding/API - Hybrid

Overview Onboarding Client API Support Roles Contract (long term but could convert permanent). Candidates will be required to be onsite all 5 days. Once trained and performance is satisfactory, there will be the ability to be in office for hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Serve as a fully seasoned, proficient, and technical point of contact for Client Onboarding. Support the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables. Act as liaison between the business unit, clients, and vendors. Utilize complex applications, systems, and often new technologies. Maintain accountability for technical knowledge and capabilities as an individual contributor; provide guidance to more junior business and systems analysts. Assist Payment Origination clients in readying their computer applications and business processes; provide guidance during the EDI implementation process. Manage multiple new and maintenance requests simultaneously; onboard new clients to the API Services Group. Collaborate with clients and maintain excellent communication and presentation skills. Open tickets and perform research to resolve issues that arise during onboarding; identify whether issues are on our side or the client’s side. Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of APIs, JSON messages, and related concepts. Understand Treasury knowledge (difference between ACH and Wire Transfer); ANSI X12 or XML knowledge is a plus. Initial learning period of approximately 6 months, during which in-office work 5 days per week is required; remote day(s) may be allowed as operations permit, with a shift to hybrid as performance supports.
