Production Team Leader

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Team Leader to join their team. As a Production Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Team Leader

Location: El Paso, TX

Pay Range:$29.00

Shift: 7am to 4pm 

What's the Job?

• Provide leadership and support for the implementation, development, and direction of production teams.
• Monitor and improve productivity to ensure all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality, and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and create training plans to maximize workforce capability and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead compliance initiatives, including Environmental, Health & Safety efforts, supporting plant goals.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing implementation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience in production, supply chain, or leadership roles.
• Ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams and departments.
• Knowledge of quality and compliance standards within manufacturing environments.
