Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support. Desired Skills & Experience High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Serve Safe certified Physical Demands Work areas are often hot with steam from the steam table and food vapors. Employees must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., reach across 36‑inch counters, work quickly, maintain accuracy, tolerate high noise levels, and manage conflict.
